“I would describe my decorating style as Refined rustic and traditional. I love mixing old with new, lots of earth tones, soft blues, weathered European, organic (lots of natural wood tones, fur during the winter time, fur stockings, pillows, blankets, tree skirts and now the dog bed!). We have a flocked tree with  blues, greens, gold, copper, wooden ornaments, and little animal ornaments throughout.”

“We love creating a festive winter wonderland filled with multiple trees, twinkle lights, fluffy white textiles & of course our furry friends to keep us warm!”

“I love the farmhouse style because for me my home feels so cozy, warm  and inviting with all the whites and neutrals. It also allows me to mix a lot of my old stuff with new. As you can tell by my picture, I really wanted to do a white wonderland theme for Christmas.”

“Every design decision I make is always centered around making a home an oasis. I truly believe that our homes should be a refuge and should invoke a calming feeling the moment we walk in the door. The way I’ve designed most of the rooms in my home is by layering lots of different textures and using a neutral decor palette. Most people that have children or pets shy away from white because they are worried about it looking dirty; however, white is one of the easiest colors to clean! One of my ah-ha moments was when I realized just how much a cozy home can make an impact. My black lab would constantly try to lay on new soft blankets that I would buy for myself. He really prefers the soft blanket over any bed I could find and so when I bought the PupRug it was as if I found the most cozy place in the world for him to lay! He absolutely loves it and the best part is it adds to the cozy look and feel that I try to create in my home. When form meets function I say that’s a win!”

“I would describe my home decor style as cozy, eclectic and contemporary! I love adding in natural elements like greenery, wood tones and twinkling lights for the holidays! I obviously love our pup’s new Paw.com bed, it actually looks like a piece that I would layer with rather than a giant smelly dog bed!”

“I would say ribbon and more ribbon makes my trees. Each tree has a theme from there I add more to them. The flocked tree is all about gold, silver, and black. The other tree is your typical green and red with a touch of black and white. I think texture is what I go for in my trees. The more texture the better.”

“I have a transitional and urban farmhouse style of decorating.  I do have a theme each year when I decorate for holidays. This Christmas I went for a “winter wonderland” feel with lots of faux snow, white, gold and faux fur. I bring a little of these elements through every room so that each room flows into the next.”
