Was Treat A Dog acquired by Paw.com?

In 2019, we rebranded our company from Treat A Dog to Paw.com. At Paw.com, we'll continue to listen to your feedback and create new and innovative products that improve the quality of life for pets and pet parents!

What size bed should I get?

The size of the bed you need will depend on the length of your dog. The best way to determine the right size is to measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail; this is the minimum length the bed needs for your dog to stretch out.

Our beds also have a size guide on their product pages that can give additional information on bed sizing.

I already have a bed. Do you sell just the covers?

We sell bed covers separately for some of our memory foam dog beds. These can be found here. Please make sure to purchase the same size and style cover as your bed. If you have any questions about the bed size you ordered, please send an email to support@paw.com with your order#.

What are the benefits of a memory foam dog bed?

An orthopedic memory foam bed offers a number of benefits to senior dogs or dogs with arthritis or hip dysplasia. These include additional support for the dog’s joints and muscles, along with improved weight distribution when your dog is resting. It’s also great for puppies, providing support from the start to help prevent future ailments from developing.

Is an orthopedic bed only good for senior dogs?

An orthopedic memory foam bed is great for dogs of all ages! For big dogs and breeds prone to hip dysplasia or joint problems later in life, it’s recommended to provide them with full support from a young age to prolong joint health.

Are your beds orthopedic or memory foam?

Both! Orthopedic means that the bed or mattress is designed to support the bones and joints, and to alleviate pain. Our memory foam pet beds are considered orthopedic as the pressure-relieving memory foam base will help support a dog's bones and joints.

How thick is the memory foam in the PupRug™ Collection?

Our PupRug™ Beds, including the PupRug™ Faux Fur Orthopedic Beds, PupRug™ Runners, PupRug™ Mini Beds and PupRug™ Faux Animal Print Beds have a memory foam base that measures approximately 2 inches thick.

Why does my product say Treat A Dog?

In 2019, we started rebranding our company from Treat A Dog to Paw.com. Our award-winning PupRug™ and popular PupProtector™ product lines, which were previously under the Treat A Dog brand name at www.treatadog.com are now being sold and will continue to be sold at www.paw.com. At Paw.com, we'll continue to introduce new and innovative products that make you as happy as they make your furry family members!

Do you use real fur in any of your products?

No. The fur you see on many of our items is a synthetic, ultra-soft faux fur fabric. 

Do the faux fur rugs and blankets shed?

Shedding may occur and is normal with faux fur products, especially in the beginning, but after a few days, the shedding should stop as the loose fibers have been discarded. Washing the faux fur covers of the bed and the faux fur blankets on cold wash delicate cycle should help the faux fur to stop shedding.

Do you have a guarantee on your memory foam beds?

We offer a ten-year guarantee against flattening for all of our memory foam mattresses. If you experience any flattening of the bed foam within that time, please send a photo to support@paw.com with a photo of the flattened foam for quality assurance purposes.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

How does 'Pay in 4 Installments with Klarna' work?

Klarna is a payment method that allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 4 equal installments. Payment one is taken when you place the order, the next three payments are charged every 2 weeks. Just enter the credit card details of your choice and make automatic payments every 2 weeks. No credit checks, and no interest fees when you pay on time. 

Payment reminders will be sent from Klarna 2 days before each payment is taken. Payments can't be made early, and scheduled payment dates can't be changed. 

If you return any items on your order, your Klarna statement will be updated accordingly.

If you’ve returned your whole order, then your invoice will be adjusted, and you'll receive a refund from Klarna within 10 business days for all payments you have made.

Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.If you haven't paid all of your installments, then the rest of your payments will be cancelled.

If you have returned some of your items, then your invoice will be adjusted to reflect what you have returned. Any returns will reduce the outstanding balance from the last installment which may get rid of an installment or reduce the installment costs.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment methods listed below to pay for your order:

SHIPPING

How do you ship?

We use FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL to get our products to your door. Please make sure to input the correct address when completing your order.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped the same day. Once you place your order, we promise to process all items that are in stock within 1 to 2 business days.  Any order placed over the weekend will be processed Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day).

Is shipping free?

If you order over $50.00 worth of Paw.com products, your shipping is free.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

We allow returns on an order as long as a return request is communicated within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on items that are still in new condition (must not have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odors present). 

You will be required to ship the item back to us.  We will refund 100% of what you paid for the product. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at support@paw.com and be sure to include a photo for quality assurance purposes. For all other return reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs back. Please note the following exceptions to our 30-day return policy:

MEMORY FOAM BEDS - All memory foam beds come with memory foam that is compressed and wrapped in a sanitary protective packaging. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns. Before opening the foam, please place the bed cover on a flat surface to ensure the size is right for your pup. No returns apply to memory foam beds where the foam is removed from the protective packaging.
