How do you ship?

 

We use UPS, USPS or DHL to get our products to your door. Please make sure to input the correct address when completing your order. 


When will my order ship?

 

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day).

Due to high volume, current delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders on time. 


Is shipping free?

 

Shipping is free for Silver and Gold Paw V.I.P.P. members. Click here to become a V.I.P.P. (Very Important Pet Parent).

  

Returns

 

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal when you order from Paw.com! If you are not happy with your PAW-some new pet product, simply return it to us within 30 days of your order for an exchange, store credit or full refund. 

 

Our Returns Portal makes it easy for you to handle a return, exchange, or credit yourself:

 

Step One:

 

Enter the returns portal and select the items you want to return, you’ll only need your order number and zip/postal code to get started.

 

Step Two:

 

Print and attach the return label to your box, please be sure to use the box your products arrived in or one that is a similar size.

 

Step Three:

 

Follow the drop off instructions and find the closest drop off location. Too easy.

We’ve made every effort to make returns simply and easy, but we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Returns apply only to products purchased directly from Paw.com. Images of products may be requested prior to completing a return. We are unable to process any returns after 30 days, but all Paw.com beds have a no-flat foam guarantee, so if your foam flattens at any time, or if you have any questions about a return, please contact us at support@paw.com.
