Shipping
How do you ship?
- We use DHL, UPS, USPS, Fedex, OnTrac, and Amazon Shipping to get our products to your door. Please make sure to input the correct address when completing your order.
When will my order ship?
- Most orders are shipped the same business day. Once you place your order, we promise to process all items that are in stock within 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed over the weekend will ship Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day).
Is shipping free?
- For customers shipping to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands). Shipping is free for purchases over $120 USD after discounts, before shipping and tax has been applied. For other US customers shipping charges based on location apply.
- For international customers a shipping rate plus applicable taxes and duties based on delivery address to be determined at checkout.
US Return Policy
Unopened and unused items:
- All items must be returned as received and unopened, and unused and vacuum sealed or plastic wrapped in their original box.
- $25USD Return processing fee will be applied.
Undamaged, opened items:
- May be returned within 30 days of receipt for partial refund.
- Item will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price.
- $25USD Return shipping fee will be applied.
Damaged in shipping or defective:
- Full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping cost to send replacement item included.

International Return Policy
