Couple Has Newborn Photo Shoot For New Rescue Puppy
After Kennedy Sartwell and her boyfriend, Jake Terry, adopted a puppy, they decided to do a photo shoot to announce their big adoption news and to also reveal their new fur baby's gender.
Kennedy's mom Cristy Sartwell, a professional photographer, agreed to partake in the photo shoot and what resulted were some paw-sitively adorable photos.
The adorable puppy, who the couple named Raven Michelle, acted like a typical puppy during the shoot. She was playful and her attention was everywhere but luckily a squeaker toy helped Cristy get some paw-some shots.
"She seemed to have a good time," Cristy told The Dodo. "She really likes to eat dandelions, so she was chasing all the little white dandelions that were blowing."
Cristy is thrilled to have a new grand-puppy. "We are very excited to have a new family member and I'm extremely grateful that we were able to find the time to fit in this gender reveal," Cristy Sartwell told The Dodo.
"I think it's wonderful the way people have embraced owning dogs and cats. I think we'll be seeing a lot more of this kind of thing – I think it's absolutely darling."
